Situated in the very centre of Belfast, Fresh Claim Photography is a young, vibrant, innovative space that not only houses a photographic studio, dark room and studio, but also a trendy café. If this is not enough, we have galleries on two floors the public can wander free-of-charge.
This massive project is a recognised charity, established by local photographers and artists in 2009 who wanted to give back to the community that nurtured their talents. They have done this independent of any public funding whatsoever.
Belfast in the 21st century is a swirl of music, photography, art and a hundred thousand welcomes.
Fresh Claim Photography and Café is now at its epicentre.
Each day our doors are open to professionals, artists, project participants and the general public.
Exhibit your work. Have a portrait taken. Use our state-of-the-art photographic equipment. Rent a serviced room for private functions. Call in for advice. View the documentary images from Belfast's recent past that grace the walls. Or while-away a few lazy hours over coffee, fresh-cooked food and animated chat as the city goes about its business all around you.
